We’ve upgraded our Risk Profiler!

Our risk profiler has been upgraded to enable you to deliver an even better service to your clients. Here’s what is new…

Assess clients’ attitude to risk quickly and easily without creating a financial plan.

A new page has been created next to the digital FactFind called Risk Profiles - all the attitude to risk information will be accessible and sendable from this page.

Get a notification when a questionnaire has been completed

Knowing when a client has completed their questionnaire enables you to offer faster response times. You can also download a PDF version of the questionnaire which you can also print.

See when clients provide conflicting or unexpected answers

In the risk profiling questionnaire, any conflicting or unusual answers are now flagged. So you can have a conversation with your client to gain further clarity on any anomalies.

Override a client's risk score and explain why it has been changed

You might find out additional details that impact your clients’ attitude to risk and should this impact their overall score you can now make edits and add notes to explain the change. To do this, access the risk profile page, and click on 'Action' and 'Override risk score'. It will open a pop-up where you can change the risk score and provide an explanation.
