As a Regional Director, I work closely with financial advisers to introduce them to our solutions, match clients with the right portfolios, and ensure everything runs smoothly from onboarding through to implementation.
I also partner with our Adviser Success team to provide reliable post-sales support, so advisers and their clients feel looked after every step of the way.

I entered the industry through estate planning, working with Wills, Power of Attorney, and Funeral Plans. That opened the door to a role with an IFA firm, where I began studying for my Diploma with the CII. I later joined Royal London, where I spent over six years in Account Management.
After years on the life company side, I saw the market shifting. As DB transfers declined, it became clear the future was in low-cost, evidence-based investing which is exactly what Timeline stands for. I also believe simplicity is key for both clients and advisers, and our approach delivers on that promise.
Timeline has grown rapidly in recent years, and it’s not slowing down. Our mission is to reduce costs and improve efficiency for advisers and their clients.
